Shiner is patterned on the barrels and is currently running in 2D/3D in tough Houston area races. He is sure footed and handles all types of ground with ease. He is a free runner and listens well to cues given to him. He won 2 buckles and keeps up with tough Southeast TX competition. I currently exercise him by long trotting and some loping in the pasture with walk/trot work on the barrels to keep him fresh and in shape.

He is VERY powerful and needs a confident rider.
I also rode him the Rodeo Sweethearts (rodeo drill team) for the 2010 Ft. Bend County Fair.
He is also great out riding in the pastures. I recently took the tie down off and he has done very well adjusting. He runs both ways, but has more confidence running to the left. He is 15.2 hands and 1200 lbs
